The centre is divided into two sections; the clinic, where the reception, pharmacy, consulting rooms and retail area are and the hospital. The hospital has a purpose built sterile operating suite, a preparation/treatment room with a dedicated dental table and operating area, laboratory, radiography suite, darkroom and isolation and hospitalisation areas. The hospital has been designed to enable us to give your pets the maximum of care when they require surgery or hospitalisation. We have seperate wards for dogs and cats and this reduces stress for the cats under our care. We also have an intensive care unit (ICU) including an oxygen cage. Three infusion pumps and a syringe driver allow us to manage four critically ill animals on intravenous fluids at the same time. With our new premises this area has been greatly increased in size and further improvements are planned for next year. The kennels where your pet stays are warm and quiet, and easy to keep clean. These have been especially imported from the United Kingdom and United States to ensure the ultimate in patient care. All our inpatients are provided with 'vetbeds'(synthetic sheepskin) and the hospital is air-conditioned ensuring that they are warm, dry and comfortable. Our ICU cages have special electric heating systems underneath the vetbed. Pain relief is individually tailored to each case to ensure that your pet is comfortable. Ensuring your pet is as comfortable as possible improves healing and recovery. We have laboratory facilities in-house capable of determining blood, urine and faeces results quickly and efficiently, allowing us to closely monitor cases day or night.
