We had always managed to swallow the increased cost of staffing over weekends and public holidays. With the introduction of the Holidays Act (which came into force on the 1st April 2004) and the increased staffing costs that this entailed, it became obvious that we could no longer do this. As a result we have had to introduce a public holiday supplement of $7.50 for each cat. This supplement only applies to the day of the Public Holiday. The costs of boarding in the cattery are $15.50 for 1 cat and $10.00 for each additional cat per day. When making a booking for a holiday period a $40.00 deposit is required to confirm your booking. We recommend you book in plenty of time to avoid disappointment. nsuring maximum cleanliness and warmth. 'Vetbed' (synthetic sheepskin) sleeping mats provide maximum comfort. During the day the cats use the communal indoor/outdoor area. This is fitted with a climbing frame, couches and plenty of places for your cat to laze around. Professional services and grooming can also be provided if required.
